Victor Ciobanu is a renowned International Artist who masters all art techniques and graphics and participated to numerous Art shows in Romania and Internationally where he was nominated for many awards, including the National Award for Graphic Art. Among the many International exhibitions and shows here are a few to be mentioned such as: Rome, Prague, Singapore, Bratislava, Santiago de Chile, San Marino, Helsinki, Vienna, Detroit, Varsowia, Portugal, Israel, Slovenia. His art work was also selected for collective International shows in Leipzig, Baden Baden, Norway, and he participated to the creation of large art murals in Kiev. 

Victor considers that art must be built on knowledge of culture which provides assurance and flexibility. He considers himself lucky to have discovered a world where reality can become abstract and where he can freely express himself artistically.
